Prior to polishing the material, it may be necessary to first pre-shape the material, maybe as a bevel or by making a rounding in the material. KGS diamond flap discs can be used for sanding almost all materials, often they are used for (natural) stone, plastic, glass and metal. The focus is on material removal and deburring, excellent for chamfering and bevelling, also suitable for both edge and surface grinding. Our diamond flap discs offer a smooth and even grind, protection for the operator, and significantly reduced hand and arm vibrations compared to cup wheels.
